Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the owner not only graciously welcomed me with a glass of port wine but also personally assisted me with my luggage up the unexpected flight of stairs, showcasing a genuine care for guests' comfort. The room itself exceeded my expectations with a comfortable bed and spotless cleanliness, setting the stage for a relaxing stay. The modern and elegant private bathroom, equipped with brand new amenities and ample towels, further exemplified the hotel's commitment to providing a luxurious experience. The central location in Lamego allowed for easy access to charming cafes and shops, enhancing the overall convenience and enjoyment of my visit.
